Role & Responsibilities:The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:• Prepare financial modeling
• Conduct financial and operational analysis (leverage various reports, systems, internet, etc.) as needed for input to development projects
• Gather operating data and research industry trends
• Develop and deepen client relationships
• Assist in the preparation of high-quality reports and PowerPoint presentations
• Responsible for feasibility studies and setting up of new or revised applications component
• Communicates ideas and information in a concise and logical manner
• Excellent analytic & problem solving
• Conducts financial feasibility studies and develops proposals for new business opportunities
• Understanding of investment return analysis
• Analyzing historical financial information and building custom financial models and valuation analysis.
• Conduct research, including but not limited to company financials and strategies.
• Perform various valuation methods: DCFs. Comparable companies and precedents.
• Conduct preparation and review of materials used in the financing of clients, including investor memorandum/pitch and management presentations.

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint) and Advanced Excel skills
• Proficiency in English and Arabic languages.
